HILA is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious program aimed to foster and translate talent and excellence of adolescents and youth of Pakistan into tangible action and community service.
We aim at:
Inculcating the democratic values in the youth of Pakistan. Developing character and strengthening moral fiber in the youth and Fostering tolerance, moderation, ingenuity and self reliance.
HILA has divided its area of work into the following categories.
1-Youth Empowerment and Education
2- Social Welfare
3- Sustainable Development
Everyone matters, everyone can be a tile in the mosaic of the words LEARN, GROW & CHANGE that is what the HILA believes in.

HILA is an official partner for the South Asian Youth Conference 2012 (SAYC 2012) to be held from5th November 2012 to 10th November 2012, in Islamabad. We at HILA are extremely delighted and look forward to a great event and welcome all the delegates for SAYC 2012.
